Raphael Lance

Raphael Lance is currently the Global Head of Private Assets at Mirova and has been with the organization since 2025. They also serve as the Head of Energy Transition Funds at Mirova, focusing on renewable energy investments in Europe. Their extensive experience includes roles as a Commercial Finance Director at GE Power & Water and as an Investment Director with GE Energy Financial Services. Additionally, Raphael has contributed to various boards, including CORSICA SOLE, NEoT, Movhera, and TagEnergy, while also serving as a lecturer at MINES ParisTech since 2017. Raphael holds a degree from INSEAD, having completed the International Executive Program in General Management in 2009.
