Amit Jain

Amit Jain has extensive work experience in various positions related to human resources and talent acquisition. Amit has worked as the Chief People Officer for PeopleStrong, PeopleStrong Academy, and Taggd, where they focused on HR transformation, innovation, and digital agenda. Prior to that, they worked at TATA Communications Ltd. and Aricent, where they held roles in talent acquisition and corporate strategy. Amit also has experience in executive staffing for companies like IBM and Lockheed Martin while working at Artech Information Systems.

Amit Jain has a Postgraduate Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Amit also completed a PGDBM with a specialization in HR from IIMT between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA in Management from Vaish College from 1998 to 2001.
