Lacey Smith has over nine years of work experience in customer success, relationship management, and account representative roles. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Director of Customer Success, North America at Tagger, a data-driven social intelligence platform. Lacey was previously Director of Customer Success, Enterprise at Tagger, and prior to that held Customer Success Manager roles at Glassdoor and Hireology. From 2015-2017, they worked as a Relationship Manager at Swoon Group, and from 2012-2015 they were an Account Representative at ENFOS.
