Tahina is a tech-driven food retail system designed for city life. We apply the principles of Velocity, Precision, and Progress to ensure that every square meter of our stores provides maximum value to our customers.

We operate on three simple commitments:

•	Velocity (Speed): We use "Just Walk Out" technology to remove the biggest friction in London: the queue. By eliminating manual checkouts, we save our customers time and ensure a seamless flow through the store.

•	Precision: We specialize in high efficiency, 25sqm footprints. By removing till rows, we use that space for more fresh food. This allows us to serve more people in a smaller space with lower overheads.

•	Progress: We deliver fresh, healthy, and seasonal nutrition. Our data-driven logistics ensure our shelves stay stocked and our waste stays near zero. We focus on getting the most out of our ingredients and our environment.

City life is fast, and traditional food stores are too slow. Tahina is built to be as fast as the people it serves. No queues, no waiting, just high-quality food.

Tahina: Built for Speed. Driven by Data.
