TAI didn’t start as a powerhouse.
It began with a handful of engineers embedded inside a local chemical plant, wearing the owner’s cap and solving problems as if the business were our own.

No Fanfare. No Shortcuts. Just a relentless focus on making things work.

That mindset, ownership, accountability, and execution became our DNA. One solved problem led to another. Soon, we weren’t just troubleshooting. We were designing systems, engineering solutions, procuring equipment, and building it ourselves.

Every success opened a new door and we walked through it ready to take on more.

Today, that small team has grown into a national, integrated solutions partner, serving industries where precision and reliability are non-negotiable.

We unite engineering, construction, systems integration, on-site services, and technical services under one brand. That means fewer handoffs, less risk, and the confidence that comes from working with a trusted partner.

Join us and become the next part of our story!
