Steve Helfer

Steve Helfer has a diverse work experience history. Steve started as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Northrop Grumman in 1999 and later worked as a Project Manager at Pyramid Construction from 2005 to 2008. Steve then transitioned to a role as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they led technology solution design and global migration efforts for the Air Force Network. Steve then joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a VP, overseeing strategic initiatives project management. Their responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Following this, Steve held roles at Reinsurance Group of America, Inc., focusing on developing new products and services, and at Wells Fargo Advisors, where they were VP, Lead Product Manager for Wealth & Investment Management Digital, responsible for onboarding and money movement platforms. Currently, they are working as the Director and Program Manager at TAI (The Original Insurtech), where they continue to drive market expansion and revenue growth through client collaboration and project management.

Steve Helfer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Saint Louis University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Series 7 from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2014 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in 2008. Steve also has additional certifications in Design Sprint Facilitation Training, Lean Startup Mentor/Coach, and Practitioner & Facilitator of Human-Centered Design.
