Steven Heffner

Steven Heffner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Steven recently joined Tail Light as a Full Stack Software Engineer in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Telligent - A Verint Company from 2013 to 2021. Their roles at Telligent included Software Development Engineer and Junior Software Development Engineer, where they developed and implemented features, improvements, and enhancements for the Telligent Community product. Steven also managed stabilization hotfixes for multiple released versions and primarily worked with C#, SQL, and JavaScript.

Before joining Telligent, Steven worked at Working Solutions from 2008 to 2013. Their roles at Working Solutions included Software Engineer and IT Intern. As a Software Engineer, they designed, developed, and implemented web-based software solutions. Steven collaborated with process owners to determine requirements and design appropriate solutions using various tools, including C#. As an IT Intern, they provided technical support services to employees and contractors and assisted in internal software development projects.

Steven also has experience as an AVID Tutor at Richardson Independent School District from 2007 to 2008.

Steven Heffner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2005 and 2008. Steven furthered their education at the same institution, earning a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2008 to 2010.
