Dragoș Mateescu

Dragos Mateescu possesses extensive experience in business development and management, having held significant roles in multiple organizations since 1979. Currently serving as Business Advisor and Head of Business Development at Tailent since May 2021, Dragos also worked as a Business Management Consultant at IQHR Solutions and as a Consultant for The NopeCo Group. Prior to these roles, Dragos spent over a decade at Dell in various leadership positions including Director for Central Eastern Europe, Regional Director for South and Central Eastern Europe, and Country Manager for Turkey and the Balkans. Earlier career experiences include senior roles at ICL (Fujitsu Services) where Dragos managed operations across the Adriatics and served as Market Development Manager for CEE. Dragos began a career in research at ITC, specializing in hardware design. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic Institute Bucharest.
