Reginald Small

Reginald Small, Jr. has extensive experience in the hospitality and grooming industries, currently serving as the General Manager of TailGate Brewery since November 2016, where previous roles included Manager and Bartender. Prior to this, Reginald worked as a Barber at Cuttin’ It Close Barber Shop from February 2000 to October 2017 and as a Bartender at Harp & Fiddle Irish Pub for a brief period in 2016. Reginald holds a Master Barber degree from Queen City College, obtained between 1998 and 1999.
