Traci Young

Traci Young has worked in the apparel industry since 1995. Traci began their career as a Director of Retail Coordinator Program at Joseph Abboud Apparel Company, where they created and launched one of the first designer menswear coordinator programs. Traci then held a series of progressively responsible positions with two retailers, a wholesaler and a designer. In 2005, they became the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Hartmarx Corporation, where they were responsible for coordinating all Corporate Communications for the public parent company and its executives, as well as driving marketing and public relations efforts for the flagship brand. From 1995 to 2011, they worked at Joseph Abboud (JA Apparel) and Joseph Abboud Apparel Corp, where they held the titles of Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations and Vice President Brand Mmgt & Strategic Relationships, respectively. In these roles, they provided marketing direction to 18 licensees in 15 categories, opened four retail stores, and strategized, implemented, and directed all marketing efforts. From 2012 to present, they have been the President and Executive Vice President at Tailorbyrd.

Traci Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Fashion Merchandising from Arizona State University.
