• Can you describe a typical day of yours?

  I wake up like 6:30 and I avoid slack and email until 8 AM my time. I'm typically stretching, walking, or reading. At around 8 I jump into standup or forget to post into scrum chat. Then I start working on one of the many projects. After that I work until far to late in the evening. At 4 my time I try to cook dinner with my partner. I then go for a walk, or step away for a bit to relax. At around 7 I'm back at it with programming, or reading. Finally, usually shutdown around 10 PM - 11 PM and head to bed where I'll read, or watch what ever my partner has on Netflix until I fall asleep.
