Ian Pate has extensive work experience in brand management and marketing. Ian is currently working as the Brand Director at tails.com since 2022. Ian was responsible for leading marketing teams, brand strategy, and innovation for PepsiCo's portfolio of brands.

Prior to PepsiCo, Ian worked at Strategy& as an Associate in the Consumer Goods & Retail Practice from 2008 to 2010. Ian also had a short stint as a Summer Associate at Strategy& in 2007. Additionally, they worked at Deutsche Bank as Assistant Vice President in Credit Derivatives for the consumer, retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors from 2001 to 2006.

Ian started their career at Procter & Gamble as a Customer Business Development professional in 1999.
