James Davidson

James Davidson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James began their career at Unilever as a Management Trainee, where they gained exposure to various departments such as marketing, human resources, and technology research. James was later promoted to Engineering Manager, overseeing a laundry-powders factory in Warrington. In 2003, they became an Operations Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day manufacturing operations and implementing long-term improvement strategies.

In 2005, James joined Raleigh International as a Deputy Expedition Leader, leading a 4-month expedition of 120 people and managing staff teams. Their primary focus was on the personal development of 90 venturers through community, environmental, and adventure projects.

After leaving Raleigh International, James joined Innocent Drinks as the Head of Production, where they managed production operations. James later moved on to become the Head of Supply Chain Operations, responsible for supply chain activities.

In 2013, James co-founded Tails.com, a company specializing in custom-made dog food. James served as the Co-Founder & COO and later took on the role of Co-Founder & CEO.

James Davidson attended the University of Nottingham from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a BEng 1st Class degree in Chemical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Chatham House Grammar School, although specific dates and degrees obtained from this institution are not provided.
