Starting their career as an HR Manager immediately after college, Amaka revamps organizational cultures to foster inclusivity and engagement. With a strong foundation from Covenant University and a Master's degree from Northeastern University, they have contributed to various companies, including Points and Tailscale, and currently serves as the Global Benefits and People Operations Lead.
