Jasmine Shaw, P.Eng., is an engineer turned technical project and program manager with nearly 10 years of professional experience in systems engineering and culture-building. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager at BenchSci and a Project Manager at My Normative, Jasmine champions women in STEM through various initiatives and mentorship. They have previously held roles at notable companies including Solace, General Dynamics, and Amazon Prime Air, where they led significant engineering and product initiatives. Jasmine holds a Master of Applied Science in Technology Innovation Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University, both with impressive academic achievements.
