Colin Bray

Colin Bray, FSCSI, FRICS, is the Chief Operations Officer Surveying at Tailte Éireann and previously served as the CEO and Chief Survey Officer of Ordnance Survey Ireland for ten years. With twenty-five years of experience in strategic geospatial information management, Colin is currently a member of the national Data Governance Board and has held the position of President of EuroGeographics for four years. Colin’s career began as a Mine Surveyor at Minerex Ltd., and includes roles in various organizations, including the European Executive Committee of UN-GGIM and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Colin earned a Master of Science Degree in Organisational Behaviour and holds degrees in Geodetic Engineering and Geo-Surveying.
