Colm Lavery is the Chief Operations Officer (Valuation) at Tailte Éireann, a position held since 2022. Previously, Colm served as Director of Services at Wicklow County Council from 2019 to 2022 and was a Programme Manager/Special Adviser to the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government from 2017 to 2019. Colm also held principal roles at the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. Colm studied Political Science and Government at both the University of Limerick and Harvard Kennedy School, the latter of which is ongoing.
