Ellen Murphy is currently the Head of Archives and Records at Tailte Éireann, a position held since 2023. Previously, Ellen served as the Archives Manager and was a Senior Archivist at Dublin City Council from 2008 to 2018. Ellen began their professional journey as a Temporary Assistant Archivist at Limerick City and County Council between 2006 and 2008. Academically, Ellen completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration at the Institute of Public Administration in 2022 and holds a Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Archives and Records Management from University College Dublin, earned in 2006.
