Jeff Euston

Jeff Euston is an operations leader and advisor with over 23 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing. They founded SwoleOps, where they leverage their extensive knowledge to assist small to midsize CPG companies in achieving operational success through various strategies, including fractional COO leadership and vendor management. Jeff previously served as COO at Jot Labs, managing production facility build-outs, and has held leadership roles at companies such as Skratch Labs and Anheuser-Busch. With certifications as a Black Belt and Master Black Belt in lean manufacturing, they have a proven track record in process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Jeff earned a BS in Food and Fermentation Science from Oregon State University.
