Andy Wellons

Andy Wellons has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Andy started their career as an Automation Intern at Cirque du Soleil in 2011. Later, they worked as a Master Electrician at the Weston Playhouse Theatre Company from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they briefly served as an Interim Assistant Master Electrician at Hartford Stage. In 2013, they joined Stage Technologies as a Junior Controls Engineer. At TAIT, they held various positions including Controls Integrator from 2014 to 2021, Senior Controls Integrator from 2021 to present, and currently serves as the Head of Integration UK from 2023 onwards.

Andy Wellons has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Design & Production with a specialization in Automation & Lighting Technology from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they studied Theatrical Design & Production at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from 2007 to 2009.
