Brian Layng

Brian Layng is a Mechanical Design Engineer at TAIT since November 2021, following a role as Sr. Project Engineer at Edwards Vacuum. Previous experience includes positions as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University, and Studio Lead for Mechanical Design at TAIT Towers, where leadership of a team of designers focused on event-related projects was emphasized. Additional experience includes a role as Manufacturing Engineer at Flinchbaugh Engineering, Inc., and an internship at Victaulic. Brian Layng's educational background consists of a Master of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Elizabethtown College.
