Ian Whyte

Ian Whyte is a skilled mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at TAIT since May 2017, Ian has progressed from Mechanical Design Engineer roles and previously worked at Delphi as a Design Engineer, focusing on the design of nozzles for heavy-duty diesel fuel injectors. Ian began their career with a placement as a Student Design Engineer at Pall Corporation, and prior to that, completed a Year In Industry as a Production Engineer at Apollo Fire Detectors, implementing lean manufacturing techniques. Ian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University and achieved A Levels in Mathematics, Product Design, and Physics from HSDC Alton.
