Lee Buckingham is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing. They began their career as a Machinist/Welder Fabricator/Fitter at Delstar Engineering from 1999 to 2005, where they received an apprenticeship. Lee then advanced to the role of Production Manager at Delstar Engineering Ltd from 2005 to 2010. Following this, they held various positions at TAIT Towers, culminating in the role of Manufacturing Engineering Manager from 2010 to 2019. Currently, Lee serves as the VP of Mechanical Design & Engineering at TAIT, having also been the VP of Global Control Manufacturing in 2023. Lee earned an HND in Mechanical Engineering from West Suffolk College, completing their studies in 2006.
