Ralphy Batista

Ralphy Batista currently serves as a Security Analyst at TAIT since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ralphy worked at The YGS Group from May 2021 to September 2023, starting as an Information Technology Help Desk professional responsible for managing Active Directory, Azure AD, DHCP, MFA, and the O365 environment, along with troubleshooting in-house application servers. Ralphy progressed to the position of Network & Computer Systems Administrator, where duties included developing new systems, configuring and managing servers, installing patches, and creating automated policies for system optimization. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Support Specialist at TREYSTA, providing technical assistance to clients, and holding roles as a substitute teacher and therapeutic staff support. Ralphy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2015.
