Taylor Ruge is the VP of Project Delivery at TAIT, where they have held leadership roles since 2025. Prior to this, they worked as a Supervising Producer at Thinkwell Group from 2023 to 2024 and gained extensive experience in stage management with various prestigious organizations, including the Los Angeles Philharmonic, The Atlanta Opera, and The Santa Fe Opera. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Stage Management from the University of Southern California, completing their degree in 2012.
