Rajeev Kumar

Rajeev Kumar has a significant amount of experience in the human resources field. Rajeev currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at TajSATS, starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Area Human Resources Director for Taj Rajasthan Hotels & DHR - Rambagh Palace at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) from July 2016 to December 2019. Rajeev also held various roles at IHCL (Taj Group of Hotels) from 2005 to 2016, including Director of Human Resources at Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, Human Resources Manager at Taj Chandigarh, and Assistant Human Resource Manager at Taj Palace, Delhi. Rajeev started their career at Max Healthcare in 2004 as the Unit Head of Human Resources and gained experience at ITC Hotels Ltd. as a Senior Associate in Human Resources from 2000 to 2003.

Rajeev Kumar completed their education at various institutions. Rajeev obtained a Certification in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad during the period 2023-2033. Prior to that, they pursued a Ph.D. in Human Resources at Kurukshetra University from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management in Service Industry from H.P. University, Shimla between 1997 and 1999.
