Jackson Quintero

Jackson Quintero possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, primarily focused on bar management. Currently serving as Jefe de barra at Takami since April 2016, Jackson oversees personnel management, inventory, ordering, and training. Previously held the position of Jefe de bar at both Takami and Caracol Azul, with earlier roles including Barman at DLK S.A.S and Jefe de bar y caja at La Fragata S.A. Jackson completed two educational programs at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) in October 2006, specializing in table service setup and hotel and restaurant management, as well as human resources administration.
