With Take Care we set out to do something different; to create a production shop that exists in the realm between agency and production co.

In the current environment, a truly remarkable production partner should be able to “dock” into the agency or brand team’s workflow. Having spent nearly two decades working on both sides of the table – as agency producers and EPs of our own production companies – we get it.

What makes us unique:

1. Agency Resourcing:

For some agencies or brands, it doesn’t quite make sense to have a roster of experienced producers on staff – especially those who can’t fully anticipate how much they might shoot in a given year. 

To that end, we've compiled a meticulously vetted rolodex of agency producers. Equally important, we’ll handle the payroll logistics. So you’ll only need one consulting agreement and one “vendor” in your AP system. We’ll take care of the rest.

2. Internal Production Support

Many clients recognize the efficiencies of establishing in-house production arms or creative shops. However, the cyclical and complex nature of production makes committing to full-time salaries and teams challenging. 

Additionally, knowing where to find great creative talent, such as freelance directors and photographers, can be difficult. Enter Take Care. 

We become your plug-and-play production infrastructure, helping you to find everything from agency producers to line producers (who run physical production) creative leads such as directors, photographers, editors, copywriters, etc. Our involvement scales based on the need of each project, and there's never a need for a long-term commitment. We know acting as your internal production services entity comes with a level of humility and optics. Rest assured, we brand each project exactly as you need.

We are, at our core, a production co, and you can always call us to be part of a triple bid, help you run production services, and figure out the best way to lead a project.
