Kyle Estep

Specializing in developing partnerships and driving growth within venture-backed startups, Kyle joins Take Command Health as the first hire with an extensive health insurance background.

Prior to Take Command, Kyle led Oscar Health's growth across the country, starting in Texas. During Kyle's tenure, Oscar, a consumer-focused technology-enabled health insurance company, grew from covering 40,000 people in the NY metro area to 400,000 lives and $2B+ in premium revenue across 15 states. This role provided Kyle with a unique perspective on the evolving landscape in the individual and employer-sponsored health insurance markets.

Before Oscar, Kyle was a strategy and operations consultant with Deloitte focusing on health insurance clients. Kyle earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and attended the University of Virginia for his undergraduate degree.

Originally from Virginia, Kyle and his family now live in Dallas.
