Scott Giles has held a variety of roles in the technology industry. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Special Agent at Geek Squad, where they served as the sole district technical trainer for all residential, commercial, and home theater agents in the Orange County area. Scott also provided in-home and in-office support for residential and commercial technical support for thousands of clients in the area, and performed Network Administrator, Server Administrator, and Desktop Administrator tasks for over 75 companies. In 2011, Scott co-founded Take Ctrl, where they held the roles of CEO and Owner, as well as Director of Technology and Owner. In this role, they fulfilled roles ranging from help desk to CIO for companies in the Orange County area, varying from 5-300+ employees. Scott also planned and executed projects including server/network deployments, implementations, and diagnostics/repair of workstations, networks, and servers. In 2020, Scott became the CEO and Owner of Any Key.
Scott Giles attended Fullerton College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Computer Science. Scott then attended DeVry University from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Technical Management.
