Merrick Rosenberg

Merrick Rosenberg is the CEO of Take Flight Learning, a position held since 2012, where innovative approaches to DISC styles are a focal point. Prior to this role, Merrick was the President of Team Builders Plus from 1991 until December 2015, contributing significantly to the development of the team building industry and enhancing participant engagement in training. Merrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Drexel University, and an MBA in Organization & Human Resource Management from Drexel University.
