Rick Kauffman serves as the Vice President of Sales at Take Flight Learning since January 2015, where a commitment to purpose, hard work, and enthusiasm drives efforts to make a positive impact on people's lives. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Vice President at the Philadelphia Business Travel Association from October 2012 to January 2015, contributing to the professional exchange of ideas within the business travel management community in Greater Philadelphia. Rick's career also includes significant experience in business development at ITAGroup and various roles at Gray Consulting International Meetings & Incentives, ranging from Project Coordinator to Director of Sales & Account Management. Rick Kauffman holds both a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University and a Master of Arts from Villanova University.
