Will Giangrande is the founder of The NextGen Playbook, a platform dedicated to enhancing career insights for Gen Z through discussions, events, podcasts, and surveys. In addition to this role, Will serves as a Kindling Ambassador, promoting an innovative online program focused on experiential learning for young professionals. As a certified facilitator with Take Flight Learning, Will distributes DISC personality assessments to aid companies in understanding behavioral styles. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University.
