15 years in HR has taught me that any organizational success is dependent on the performance of its managers and employees. Team dynamics, flexibility and positivity in today's environment are essential components of a high flying team.



In today's environment employees are focused upon their personal objectives. However, we are slowly moving towards a new norm whereby teams will work more closely together again towards common goals. I will help bridge the gap that may have been deteriorated during the pandemic.

My work will give managers and employees more insight in their strengths, provide interactive tools to change behavior and help them to achieve better results. 



 I have supported many managers in building strong and productive teams, therefore I recognize the problems that managers face and the problems that occur within a team. In my training sessions I guide them to transform these into something positive.

In this VUCA World it’s important to be flexible and to learn how  to deal with the ever-changing needs of employees.
