Brian MacGuire is a seasoned professional in corporate development and strategy, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and venture investments within the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Senior Corporate Development & Strategy (M&A) Manager at Take-Two Interactive since October 2024, Brian has been instrumental in high-profile transactions, including the $12.7 billion acquisition of Zynga and several strategic investments. Prior to this role, Brian held positions at Zynga, where contributions included product support and business modeling for multiple games, as well as at Take-Two Interactive Software, where M&A activities were a focal point. With a background in wealth management at Morgan Stanley and early experience in corporate finance, Brian holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Glasgow.
