Chanel W. has a diverse work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Chanel currently holds the role of Director of Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Prior to this, they founded and served as President of CW Coaching & Consulting LLC, specializing in custom assessment, training, and communication strategies for organizational inclusion. Chanel has also held positions at New York University, where they served as Assistant Dean of Diversity and Associate Director of Diversity Education and Training, and SUNY New Paltz, where they worked as an Adjunct Professor, Director of the Scholar's Mentorship Program, and Complex Director. Additionally, they briefly served as the Director of Student Diversity & Multicultural Affairs at Fairfield University. These roles have allowed Chanel to develop and implement inclusive initiatives, facilitate educational programs, and provide comprehensive leadership in promoting diversity and inclusion within various institutions.

Chanel W. holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Music Business from Five Towns College. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Humanistic Multicultural Education Studies from SUNY New Paltz. In July 2013, Chanel obtained a certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from The Life Coach Institute of Orange County.
