Geoffrey Rowe

Geoffrey Rowe is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Head of People for Zynga and 2K Games at Take-Two Interactive since July 2024. Previously, Geoffrey held the position of Head of People at Zynga from January 2023 to July 2024, following a tenure at Riot Games where Geoffrey was SVP of People and Vice President of People from August 2019 to January 2023. Additional roles include Vice President of Global Human Resources at Activision Blizzard, Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Blizzard Entertainment, and Senior Director and Director of Human Resources at Activision. Geoffrey's expertise encompasses operational efficiency, employee development, and project management in various human resource functions, supported by an MBA from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
