Helen Phipps

Helen Phipps is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in workplace operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Workplace Experience Coordinator at Take-Two Interactive since August 2023, Helen previously held the role of Workplace Operations Manager at Segment, where responsibilities included managing New York Operations and enhancing employee experiences through various initiatives. Earlier career experiences include working as an Operations Assistant and a Talent and Social Media Coordinator, where Helen focused on improving operational systems and leading recruitment efforts. Additionally, experience as a Barista/Shift Leader at Starbucks and a Personal Stylist at AllSaints Retail Ltd showcases strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Helen holds two Associate’s Degrees in Design and Applied Arts from Bergen Community College and an Associate's Degree from Penn State University.
