Oren H.

Oren H. has a diverse work experience in the legal field, starting in 2009 as an Associate at BSI, where they performed financial analysis and negotiated lease agreements. Oren then served as a Summer Honors Program intern at the New York City Law Department in 2012, followed by a legal internship at the United States Attorney's Office in 2013.

In the same year, Oren worked as a Summer Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where they focused on legal research, drafting memoranda, and assisting with major transactions. Oren also had a legal internship at NBCUniversal Media, LLC in 2013, where they drafted contracts and performed legal research on entertainment-related issues.

Oren continued their legal career at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as an Assistant Counsel from 2014 to 2017, negotiating and drafting personal services contracts and advising on contractual rights and remedies. Oren then moved on to Take-Two Interactive, first as Counsel, then as Director and Counsel, Senior Director and Counsel, and currently as Vice President of Business Affairs.

Throughout their career, Oren has gained extensive experience in negotiating contracts, performing legal research, and advising on contractual matters in the entertainment industry.

Oren H. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Business from Washington University in St. Louis, attending from 2005 to 2009. Oren then pursued higher education and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law, studying from 2011 to 2014.
