Patrick Yuan

Patrick Yuan's work experience is as follows:

- From October 2013 to the present, they worked as the Legal Director & China Compliance Officer at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. In this role, they led and worked with outside counsels, consulting firms, and audit firms in transactional projects and corporate restructuring cases.
