Paul Carroll

Paul Carroll has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to logistics, warehousing, and operations. From 2011 to present, they worked at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. as the Head of UK/Export Logistics and Warehousing, where they implemented and managed the company's logistics and warehousing strategy. Paul was also responsible for selecting and managing transport and logistics providers and ensuring efficient stock flow. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2010, they worked as the General Manager at HFI Distribution Ltd, where they managed a fleet of 30 vehicles, a team of 4 direct reports, and up to 50+ drivers and operatives. Paul also worked with subcontractors to deliver high levels of customer service and managed financial performance. Before that, they held roles at Kintetsu World Express and Coutts in operations and administration, respectively.
