Shane Pollard has extensive experience in the retail industry, having held various senior roles at different companies. Shane began their career in 2001 as a National Account Manager at Ubisoft and then joined REPS in 2002 as the AVP - Account Development. At REPS, they led a team in providing in-store merchandising support for various suppliers. In 2009, Shane joined Mosaic Sales Solutions as the Sr. Director, Client Services, where they managed relationships with suppliers and retailers such as Walmart, Sam's Club, Best Buy, and Shopko. Since 2010, they have been working at Take 2 Interactive as the Director of Retail Strategy.
Shane Pollard completed their secondary education at Kemmerer High School from 1984 to 1989. After graduating high school, they attended Utah State University from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
