Shea Kelly

Shea Kelly is a seasoned professional in workforce planning and people analytics, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Planning & People Analytics at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Shea held various positions including Manager of Analytics, People at Viasat Inc., Senior Analyst in Data Intelligence at AEG, and Exp Associate in Analytics at PwC. Shea began the career as an Analytics Consultant at IMG-Crown Energy Services, a Department of Energy joint venture. Shea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from San Diego State University, completed in 2010.
