Tim Goodchild

Tim Goodchild, MCIPD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international employee benefits and human resources management. Currently serving as Director of International Benefits at Take-Two Interactive since July 2025, Tim previously held the position of Director of Global Benefits & Mobility at Anaplan from July 2019 to June 2025, where leadership included overseeing employee benefits and mobility strategies globally, driving key initiatives in health and wellbeing, and expanding teams. Tim's experience spans various reputable organizations, including Verizon Media as Benefits Manager, BBC as Recruitment Business Partner, and AOL as Recruitment Manager. Tim holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from London Metropolitan University, a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Kingston University, and an HND in Business Information Technology from Solent University.
