Raphael Ott

Raphael Ott is currently the Operational Excellence Lead at Takeda, where they oversee various aspects of operational improvement. Previously, Raphael held the position of Manager of Visual Inspection at both Shire and Takeda, where they implemented quality control measures and training programs. They also served as a Research Scientist at CeMM and worked as a Tutor at Vienna Open Lab. Raphael began their career as a Trainee at Baxter International Inc., focusing on quality control and operational excellence. They obtained their Magister rerum naturalium in Genetics from Universität Wien.
