Sofya Tkacheva

Sofya Tkacheva is currently the Global Process Lead at the Procurement Center of Excellence in Takeda, where they manage process optimization projects and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency. With over 14 years of experience in finance and more than a decade in procurement roles, Sofya has successfully led initiatives across various organizations, from medium-sized enterprises to large multinational corporations. Their previous positions include Head of Purchasing at Sandoz, General Manager at Cognis Rus, and Manager of Indirect Category Procurement at Philip Morris International. Sofya holds a PhD in Economics from Rostov State Economic University and a Master’s in Economics from Southern Federal University.
