Takeflight is an innovative SME founded in 2017, specializing in the development of proprietary Artificial Intelligence algorithms for the HR, academic, research, and educational sectors.

Often, companies spend significant resources analyzing their markets but fail to deeply understand the people they work with, leading to high turnover, low satisfaction, and team inefficiencies.

We solve this through our flagship system, AiKairos, designed to deeply understand the characteristics, needs, motivations, and potential of your workforce.
By combining human psychological expertise with advanced artificial intelligence, our system offers an agile, updated, and digital approach.
Through a simple 40-item questionnaire that takes only 6 minutes, AiKairos delivers a unique "3D map" of your people.

This is achieved by integrating two levels of analysis:
* Categorical Analysis: identifying 7 behavioral profiles (e.g., prudent, determined, insightful, potential).
* Dimensional Analysis: mapping 12 fundamental dimensions (e.g., Total Motivation, Self-awareness, Openness to Experience, Energy, and Adaptability).

Our goal is to provide CEOs and HR Managers with actionable insights to transform a sum of individuals into a dynamic, efficient organism with common goals.

We provide concrete support for:
* Talent selection and retention.
* Targeted training and skill development.
* Change management and organizational growth.
* Diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance.

TakeFlight won the Global Start Up Program twice, in 2019 and 2020, growing our network and spreading our market in the US and in Israel. We are open to new partnership to expand in other countries.

Alongside our corporate solutions, we also offer EDUKairos, bringing our scientifically validated assessment standards to the educational market.

Let's transform the way you know and grow your team.
