Chris Phillips has a strong background in engineering and product development. Chris started their career at CVC as a Mechanical Designer from 1991 to 2000. From there, they worked at Veeco Instruments as a Mechanical Design Engineer from 2000 to 2004. Chris then joined The Gunlocke Company, where they served as a Product Design Engineer and later as the Design Engineering Manager, leading various seating product lines and winning awards for innovative designs. In 2009, Chris joined Takeform as the Manager of Product Development and eventually became the Director of Engineering. Chris led a team of engineers, developed new product lines, and ensured engineering activities were aligned with company objectives. Overall, Chris has extensive experience in engineering leadership and product development in the signage and furniture industries.

Chris Phillips attended Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Graphics Engineering Technology. Following this, from 1997 to 1998, they attended Monroe Community College and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science. Lastly, from 1999 to 2002, Chris attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology.
