Joy Harju

Joy Harju currently serves as the Global Director of Human Resources at Takeoff Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include leading a global HR team and executing strategic plans aligned with business initiatives. Previous experience includes a role as Head of HR at Weavr Health, where Joy advised the CEO and senior leadership on company culture and employee engagement before the company ceased operations. Prior to that, Joy worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at NTT DATA Services, supporting a diverse range of businesses and driving transformation efforts. Joy also founded and served as President of Viewpoint Consulting, Inc., providing specialized HR consulting services in the Healthcare and Technology sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in HR from Keene State College.
