Jihad Albatati has worked in various roles over the past 19 years. In 2020, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Taker. From 2007-2020, they worked at Fawaz Alhokair Group Fashion Retail, where they held the roles of Help Desk Administrator and Project Manager and Technical Field Support Supervisor. From 2001-2007, they worked at Smart Systems Est. as a Computer Technician Team Leader and Customer Support. In these roles, they were responsible for managing any IT requirements, creating databases, monitoring surveillance cameras, recording events and service failures, raising purchase orders, providing training programs, and managing projects.
